THE ZAC TEAM

Zac Pasmanick began his real estate career in 1979 and has been building the zac team ever since. The team is 20 strong and comprises some of Atlanta's top real estate professionals. Zac has been named a number one RE/MAX agent in Georgia several times in the past as well as being named a Top 100 agent Internationally for RE/MAX. In 1998 he was selected as the ideal example of "Today's Realtor" by Today's Realtor Magazine, the official magazine of the National Association of Realtors. The zac team has earned the distinction of top-producing team for RE/MAX Greater Atlanta several times in the past years. Zac also publishes an award-winning newspaper, The Zac Report, which now has a circulation of more than 60,000.

Zac's credentials and awards include: CRS,CRB,GRI; #1 RE/MAX agent in Georgia for 1996-1998; Life Member, Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club; 1993 Phoenix Award Recipient; RE/MAX International Hall of Fame; Who's Who in Residential Real Estate; Named"Today's Realtor", 1998. In 2002, Zac was honored to receive the Circle of Legends Award, given to only 13 of 70,000 RE/MAX agents worldwide.

In 2004, the zac team once again placed in the top 100 at the RE/MAX International Convention and was honored as the 6th Top Team in Atlanta by the Atlanta Board of Realtors.
